Pour coconut rum, cranberry juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with coconut flakes and fresh cranberries on top.

Store cream of coconut in the refrigerator after opening. It will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.For a mocktail version, replace coconut rum with coconut water and add a splash of coconut extract.The drink can be made in larger batches for parties. Multiply the ingredients by the number of servings needed.Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a less sweet drink. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cream of coconut.
