Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Citrus juicer
  • Stirring spoon
  • Cocktail glasses
  • Ice cube tray
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice 100% juice, not cocktail
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice about 3-4 oranges
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice about 2-3 limes
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 1 orange thinly sliced for garnish
  • 1 lime thinly sliced for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Choose high-quality, 100% cranberry juice for the best flavor. The natural tartness pairs perfectly with the sweetness of orange juice and honey.

Instructions

  • Juice the oranges and limes using your citrus juicer. Strain out any seeds or pulp if desired.
  • In your pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well.
  • Add the honey or maple syrup and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill thoroughly.
  • Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with orange and lime slices, fresh cranberries, and mint leaves if using.

This recipe makes about 6-8 servings. You can prepare the juice mixture ahead of time and add the sparkling water just before serving.

    Notes

This mocktail can be customized based on your preference.
For a sweeter drink, add more honey or maple syrup. For extra tartness, increase the lime juice.
You can make fruit ice cubes by freezing cranberries or small pieces of citrus in water. These add visual appeal and extra flavor as they melt.
For a special touch, rim the glasses with sugar. Dip the rim in lime juice then in sugar before filling with the mocktail.
The base mixture (without sparkling water) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add the sparkling water only when ready to serve to maintain the fizz.
