This bright mocktail is perfect for parties or summer gatherings. I use simple tools and ingredients for a fun, non-alcoholic drink with bold color and a sweet, tangy kick.
Pitcher: I like a clear glass pitcher to show off the pink color.
Stirring spoon: Makes mixing everything super easy.
Measuring cups and spoons: I measure out the lemonade and syrups to keep the flavors balanced.
Citrus juicer (optional): If I’m using fresh lemons, this saves my wrists.
Serving glasses: Tall glasses just highlight how pretty the drink is.
Straws and garnishes: Colorful straws, lemon slices—always a nice touch.
Ice cube tray: Gotta have ice to keep it cold.
Ingredients
3cupscold pink lemonadestore-bought or homemade
1cupclub soda or lemon-lime soda if you want extra bubbles and sweetness
1tablespoongrenadine syrup for color and a little extra sweet
1cupcotton candydivided, plus more for garnish
Ice cubes
Fresh lemon slices for garnish
Mint leavesoptional for a pop of green
Cotton candy-flavored syrupoptional if you want it even sweeter
Instructions
Fill your pitcher halfway with ice cubes.
Pour in the cold pink lemonade.
Stir in club soda or lemon-lime soda for those bubbles.
Add grenadine syrup and give it a gentle swirl.
Sprinkle half the cotton candy into the pitcher and stir until it melts right in.
Pour the mocktail into tall glasses filled with fresh ice.
Garnish each glass with a lemon slice, a mint leaf, and a little piece of cotton candy just before serving.
Pop in a straw, serve immediately, and enjoy.
Notes
I always add the cotton candy right before serving—otherwise, it melts away too soon. If you use the cotton candy-flavored syrup, the drink gets a lot sweeter, so I taste as I go and adjust for the right balance.Club soda keeps things lighter, but lemon-lime soda makes it much sweeter. If pink lemonade isn’t available, regular lemonade with a touch of cranberry or raspberry syrup works fine. For the garnish, I let the cotton candy sit on top of the glass and make sure it doesn’t touch the liquid until it’s served, because it disappears fast. Always serve this cold and fresh—trust me, it’s way better that way.
