Notes
Fresh ingredients make a big difference in this drink. Use newly squeezed lime juice instead of bottled varieties.Store mint leaves wrapped in damp paper towels in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. The drink can be made non-alcoholic by replacing the rums with coconut water and a splash of rum extract.Make a pitcher version by multiplying all ingredients by 6, except the club soda. Add club soda to individual glasses when serving.
