Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka or vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional
  • ice cubes
  • white chocolate or chocolate shavings for garnish
  • toasted coconut flakes for rim, optional

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add vodka, coconut rum, white chocolate liqueur, chocolate liqueur, coconut milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and simple syrup.
  • Shake well for 15–20 seconds, or until the shaker feels really cold.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with white chocolate shavings or chocolate shavings on top.
  • If desired, rim the glass with simple syrup and dip it into toasted coconut flakes before pouring.

Notes

Use cream of coconut for a richer drink or coconut milk for a lighter version. Omit simple syrup if you prefer less sweetness. Shake vigorously to achieve the ideal frothy texture.
