Place the watermelon chunks in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
Add coconut milk, lime juice, and honey to the pitcher. Stir well until the honey dissolves.
Pour in the coconut water and mix gently.
