  • Rocks glass
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Citrus juicer or reamer
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Small plate
  • Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz coconut water unsweetened
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • 2 oz grapefruit soda
  • salt for rim, optional
  • grapefruit wedge or lime wheel for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Rub lime around glass rim and dip in salt if desired. Fill with ice cubes.
  • Add tequila, grapefruit juice, coconut water, lime juice, and agave to glass (or shaker). Stir or shake until well mixed.
  • Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently. Garnish and serve cold.

Notes

Use fresh citrus juice and unsweetened coconut water for the cleanest flavor. Adjust sweetness or bubbles to taste. Try a mint sprig for garnish for extra freshness!
