This twist on the Paloma blends blanco tequila, coconut water, grapefruit and lime juice, agave, and a splash of grapefruit soda for a light, tropical, and refreshing cocktail—perfect for sunny days!
Rub lime around glass rim and dip in salt if desired. Fill with ice cubes.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, coconut water, lime juice, and agave to glass (or shaker). Stir or shake until well mixed.
Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently. Garnish and serve cold.
Notes
Use fresh citrus juice and unsweetened coconut water for the cleanest flavor. Adjust sweetness or bubbles to taste. Try a mint sprig for garnish for extra freshness!
