  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 3 oz Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • ice cubes for shaking and serving

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add coconut water, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds and fine-strain into a chilled wine or spritz glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with Prosecco and club soda, then give a brief, gentle stir to combine without losing bubbles.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use unsweetened coconut water for a drier spritz, or swap in coconut liqueur and reduce the syrup for a stronger, sweeter profile. Choose a dry Prosecco to keep things crisp, or a sweeter sparkler for a dessert-like feel. For a zero-proof version, replace the Prosecco with sparkling water and add a splash of pineapple juice.
