Pour coconut rum, lime juice, and cream of coconut into the shaker.
Shake for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into the glass.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
Optional: Before step 4, wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and dip in coconut flakes.
