Creamy coconut and bold espresso meet smooth vodka in this tropical twist on the classic espresso martini. Rich, slightly sweet, and extra frothy—it's the perfect after-dinner pick-me-up.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coconut cream, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
Shake very hard for 15–20 seconds until frothy and well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with coconut shavings or coffee beans. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use cream of coconut for sweetness, or coconut cream for a thicker texture. Add more or less syrup to taste. For best froth, use fresh, hot espresso and shake vigorously.
