Add ice cubes, coconut cream, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and simple syrup to blender.
Blend until smooth and the ice is fully crushed.

Notes
Coconut cream (unsweetened) and cream of coconut (sweet) are not the same—use both for the best flavor. Add more sparkling water for a lighter drink. Mango juice or lime is a fun swap for pineapple. Always serve very cold for the best taste!
