  • Hawthorne strainer or fine mesh strainer
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Highball or stemless wine glass
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 3 oz cranberry juice unsweetened preferred
  • 2 oz soda water cold
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • lime wedge garnish, optional
  • fresh cranberries garnish, optional
  • mint sprig garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add white rum, coconut rum, cranberry juice, and lime juice with ice.
  • Shake for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into the glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  • Garnish with lime wedge, cranberries, or mint as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a sharper drink. Add simple syrup for more sweetness, or more soda water for a lighter fizz. Serve right away to keep the bubbles lively!
