Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or big glass pitcher
  • Long-handled spoon
  • Measuring jug
  • Sharp knife and cutting board
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice scoop
  • Serving glasses
  • Small tongs

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Pimm’s No. 1
  • 250 ml gin optional
  • 150 ml brandy or orange liqueur
  • 750 ml ginger ale
  • 750 ml lemonade sparkling or still
  • 100 ml simple syrup to taste
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 blood orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1 pear sliced thin
  • 1 apple sliced thin
  • 0.5 cucumber ribbons or slices
  • 6-8 strawberries halved
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes to fill bowl

Instructions

  • Fill your punch bowl halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in Pimm’s No. 1, gin, and brandy.
  • Add lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir with a long-handled spoon until mixed.
  • Top up with ginger ale and lemonade.
  • Add sliced oranges, lemons, blood orange, cucumber, apples, pear, lime, and strawberries.
  • Gently stir so you don’t lose all the fizz.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and extra fruit. Serve in glasses over ice.

Notes

Skip gin and brandy for a lighter punch. Extra orange and blood orange add more citrusy zing. Adjust simple syrup for sweetness, and serve with extra fruit and mint on the side for garnish.
