Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream or Peppermint Baileys
  • 1 oz vodka plain or peppermint vodka
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1–2 drops peppermint extract optional
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed candy canes for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Chill the martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Rim the glass with chocolate syrup, then dip in crushed candy canes.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Baileys, vodka, peppermint schnapps, chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract (if using).
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until cold and blended.
  • Strain into your prepared glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Swap peppermint vodka for extra mint. Skip whipped cream for a lighter sipper. For less sweetness, reduce chocolate syrup or skip the candy rim. Best served ice cold.
