Instructions
Slice apple, orange, and lemon. Add to a large pitcher with cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and rosemary.
Add red wine, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently.
Add ground spices if using. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, stir in sparkling apple cider. Pour into glasses over ice, including fruit and a cinnamon stick in each glass.
Notes
Taste before serving and adjust sweetness as needed. For a lighter drink, add extra sparkling cider or water. Best served chilled and can be made a day ahead.
