  • Large pitcher
  • Citrus juicer
  • Muddler or wooden spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Long spoon for stirring.
  • 4 Tall glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 20 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash all citrus fruits and mint leaves thoroughly.
  • Squeeze the oranges, limes, and lemons to get the required amount of juice.
  • Place mint leaves in the pitcher and muddle gently to release the oils.
  • Add the fresh citrus juices and honey to the pitcher. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the juice mixture into glasses, filling them 3/4 full.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and citrus slices.

Notes

Store leftover juice mixture without sparkling water in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Add sparkling water just before serving to keep the fizz fresh.
For less sugar, reduce honey or use stevia as a substitute.
Make it sweeter by adding more honey or simple syrup to taste.
Mint can be replaced with basil or rosemary for different flavor combinations.
