Ingredients
2cupsfresh orange juice
1cupfresh lime juice
1/2cupfresh lemon juice
1/4cuphoney or simple syrup
20fresh mint leavesplus extra for garnish
2cupssparkling water
Ice cubes
Orange and lime slices for garnish
Instructions
Wash all citrus fruits and mint leaves thoroughly.
Squeeze the oranges, limes, and lemons to get the required amount of juice.
Place mint leaves in the pitcher and muddle gently to release the oils.
Add the fresh citrus juices and honey to the pitcher. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the juice mixture into glasses, filling them 3/4 full.
Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with mint leaves and citrus slices.
Notes
Store leftover juice mixture without sparkling water in the fridge for up to 2 days.Add sparkling water just before serving to keep the fizz fresh.For less sugar, reduce honey or use stevia as a substitute.Make it sweeter by adding more honey or simple syrup to taste.Mint can be replaced with basil or rosemary for different flavor combinations.
