  • Bar spoon
  • Stemmed cocktail glass
  • Small grater

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cinnamon-infused whiskey or cinnamon whiskey
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Add cinnamon whiskey, heavy cream, whole egg, simple syrup, and bitters (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
  • Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to blend the egg and cream thoroughly.
  • Add ice cubes and shake again for 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass.
  • Grate fresh nutmeg on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
