Ingredients

  • 2 oz cinnamon vodka or 1 oz cinnamon vodka + 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or honey honey adds richer taste
  • 1 oz egg white or aquafaba for foam
  • cinnamon sugar for rim
  • ice cubes
  • lemon twist or cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Wet your glass rim with a lemon wedge, then dip into cinnamon sugar.
  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add cinnamon vodka, vanilla vodka (if using), lemon juice, simple syrup or honey, and egg white or aquafaba to the shaker.
  • Shake for about 10 seconds to chill.
  • Discard the ice from the shaker, then dry shake to increase foam.
  • Strain into your prepared glass, using a fine mesh strainer for smoothness if desired.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or cinnamon stick.

Notes

For the best flavor, use both cinnamon and vanilla vodka. Vanilla extract can substitute if you only have cinnamon vodka. Fresh lemon juice brightens the drink, while honey adds warmth. Use aquafaba for a vegan option. A sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top adds aroma.
