  • Cocktail shaker
  • Shot glasses
  • Jigger or measuring shot
  • Small plate or bowl
  • Spoon
  • Small strainer
  • Napkin or paper towel

Ingredients

  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 1 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
  • cinnamon sugar for rimming
  • whipped cream optional, for garnish
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour a bit of cinnamon sugar onto a plate.
  • Wet the rims of your shot glasses and dip them in the sugar.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add 1 ounce RumChata and 1 ounce Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.
  • Shake well for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into your prepared shot glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and a piece of cereal if you want.

Notes

For extra cinnamon flavor, add more Fireball. For a softer shot, use more RumChata. Multiply the recipe for a batch and shake each pour with ice before serving. The cinnamon sugar rim is fun and optional, and a real cereal garnish makes it playful. For non-alcoholic, try cinnamon milk with vanilla.
