Creamy, cinnamon-sweet, and super simple—this dessert martini shakes together vanilla vodka, RumChata, and Fireball with a crunchy cinnamon-sugar cereal rim.
0.25cupCinnamon Toast Crunch cerealcrushed, for rim
1tbspcinnamon sugarfor rim
ice cubesfor shaking
Cinnamon Toast Crunch cerealfor garnish; optional
Instructions
Crush the cereal and mix with cinnamon sugar on a small plate.
Wet the rim of a chilled martini or coupe glass with a little cream liqueur and dip into the cereal mixture to coat.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add vanilla vodka, RumChata, and Fireball.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until very cold.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a few cereal pieces, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve right after shaking for the smoothest texture. Adjust cinnamon heat by changing the amount of Fireball. For a lighter version, reduce RumChata or add a splash of milk.
