Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Martini or coupe glass
  • Small plate or shallow bowl
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Paper towel or napkin
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz RumChata or other cream liqueur
  • 1 oz Fireball cinnamon whisky
  • 0.25 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal crushed, for rim
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar for rim
  • ice cubes for shaking
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for garnish; optional

Instructions

  • Crush the cereal and mix with cinnamon sugar on a small plate.
  • Wet the rim of a chilled martini or coupe glass with a little cream liqueur and dip into the cereal mixture to coat.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add vanilla vodka, RumChata, and Fireball.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until very cold.
  • Strain into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a few cereal pieces, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right after shaking for the smoothest texture. Adjust cinnamon heat by changing the amount of Fireball. For a lighter version, reduce RumChata or add a splash of milk.
