Ingredients

  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • 0.5 cup dark rum
  • 1.5 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup apple cider or apple juice
  • 0.5 cup cinnamon simple syrup or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup grenadine
  • 2 cup club soda or ginger ale, for topping
  • nutmeg for grating, optional
  • vanilla extract optional
  • clove optional
  • cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • orange slices for garnish
  • lime slices for garnish
  • apple slices for garnish
  • mint sprigs for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a large punch bowl halfway with ice. Pour in spiced rum and dark rum.
  • Add orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and apple cider.
  • Stir in cinnamon simple syrup or maple syrup. Mix in grenadine.
  • Top with club soda or ginger ale. Stir gently with a long spoon.
  • Grate a little nutmeg over the top if desired.
  • Float orange, lime, and apple slices in the punch. Pour into glasses over ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and mint sprig.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or strength by varying syrup and soda. Cinnamon sticks double as stirrers and infuse more flavor as you sip. Fresh fruit slices and mint make a festive finish.
