Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream for topping
  • extra cinnamon or brown sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend ice cream, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with a splash of milk to loosen.
  • Pour shake into glasses, swirl cream cheese mixture in, and gently stir for a ribbon effect.
  • Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and brown sugar if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. Use non-dairy ice cream and milk for a vegan version. Add chopped pecans for a “sticky bun” effect.
