Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Fireball cinnamon whisky
  • 1 ounce RumChata or cream liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce cinnamon syrup or sweet cream liqueur if preferred
  • 2 ounces whole milk or half-and-half
  • whipped cream for topping
  • ground cinnamon for garnish
  • cinnamon stick for garnish
  • coffee liqueur or plain cream liqueur optional, for richer flavor

Instructions

  • Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill it while you prep the drink.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add vanilla vodka, Fireball, RumChata, cinnamon syrup, and milk (or half-and-half).
  • Add ice, seal, and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
  • Dump the ice out of your glass, then strain the cocktail in.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
  • Serve right away—cold and creamy is the way to go.

Notes

This cocktail is best when super cold. Adjust sweetness by tweaking the syrup or using milk instead of half-and-half. Almond milk works for dairy-free, but whole milk is richest. Try rimming the glass with cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness. Offer extra whipped cream and cinnamon so everyone can customize their drink.
