Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 3 cups apple cider or sparkling cider
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup cinnamon simple syrup or regular simple syrup + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup bourbon brandy, spiced rum, or vodka
  • 12 oz ginger beer or champagne for a bubbly twist
  • 1 –2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
  • 1 orange sliced, for garnish
  • 1 lemon sliced, for garnish
  • 3 –4 cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, add the pumpkin puree.
  • Pour in the apple cider, orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup.
  • Stir until the pumpkin is fully blended into the liquids.
  • Add your choice of spirit (bourbon, spiced rum, vodka, or brandy) and stir again.
  • Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or serve over ice right away.
  • Just before serving, top with ginger beer or champagne for a fizzy finish and stir gently.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice, ladle in the punch, and garnish with orange or lemon slices and cinnamon sticks.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
