Instructions
In a large punch bowl, add the pumpkin puree.
Pour in the apple cider, orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup.
Stir until the pumpkin is fully blended into the liquids.
Add your choice of spirit (bourbon, spiced rum, vodka, or brandy) and stir again.
Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.
Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or serve over ice right away.
Just before serving, top with ginger beer or champagne for a fizzy finish and stir gently.
Fill serving glasses with ice, ladle in the punch, and garnish with orange or lemon slices and cinnamon sticks.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
