Ingredients

  • 2 oz pear juice fresh if possible, bottled is fine
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz honey or simple syrup
  • 1 slice fresh ginger optional, for extra spice
  • 4 oz sparkling wine, prosecco, or champagne
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • ice cubes for shaking
  • fresh pear slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the pear juice, lemon juice, honey (or syrup), and ginger if using.
  • Shake for about 10–15 seconds until cold.
  • Strain the mix into a champagne flute.
  • Top with sparkling wine, prosecco, or champagne.
  • Gently stir to keep bubbles intact.
  • Garnish with a pear slice and cinnamon stick.

Notes

Ginger adds an extra kick, but skip if you want a milder flavor. The cinnamon stick is for aroma. Chill the flute beforehand to keep your cocktail cold longer.
