Ingredients

  • 2 cups pear juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup vodka optional
  • 2-3 sticks cinnamon whole sticks
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup or to taste
  • 1-2 fresh pears sliced thin for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • ice enough to fill glasses and shaker

Instructions

  • Add pear juice, vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  • Shake for about 10-15 seconds until the mix feels cold.
  • Place a cinnamon stick and a few pear slices in the bottom of each serving glass.
  • Strain the punch from the shaker into the glasses over fresh ice.
  • Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water for bubbles.
  • Stir gently to blend.
  • Garnish with an extra cinnamon stick and a slice of fresh pear on the rim.

Notes

Use fresh pear juice for the best flavor. For a mocktail, omit the vodka. Let cinnamon sticks sit in the punch for 10 minutes before serving for extra flavor. Add sparkling water right before serving to keep the punch fizzy. Adjust simple syrup based on the sweetness of the pears.
