Instructions
Juice oranges to yield about 1 cup fresh juice.
Make cinnamon syrup: simmer honey or maple syrup with a cinnamon stick and splash of water; cool and strain.
Fill glasses with ice. In a pitcher, combine orange juice and cinnamon syrup. Stir well.
Strain mixture into serving glasses.
Top off each glass with sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale.
Garnish with orange slices, mint, or rosemary. Serve immediately.
