  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh preferred
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slices optional garnish

Instructions

  • Bring water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat. Add green tea bags and cinnamon stick; steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and cinnamon stick. Stir in maple syrup, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until mixed.
  • Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  • Fill tall glasses with ice and pour chilled tea over ice.
  • Top with mint leaves and lemon slices if desired. Stir and serve.

Notes

Let cinnamon steep longer for a stronger flavor. Adjust sweetener to taste. Use black tea for a bolder mocktail, or garnish with extra lemon for brightness. Best served fresh and cold.
