Instructions
Add bourbon, lemon juice, honey (or cinnamon) syrup, egg white (if using), ground cinnamon, and bitters to a shaker.
Add ice and shake hard for 15–20 seconds until cold.
If using egg white, shake again without ice for extra froth.
Strain into your glass over fresh ice or neat.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, lemon wheel, or dusting of cinnamon.
Notes
Swap maple syrup for deeper sweetness or use cinnamon whisky for more spice. Add more honey or syrup for a sweeter drink. Fresh lemon juice makes all the difference! Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar for a festive touch.
