Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup cold sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • fresh berries for garnish, optional
  • ice cubes
  • lemon slice for garnish
  • sugar optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Warm honey with a splash of water in a small saucepan to make honey syrup.
  • Add lemon juice and cinnamon to a pitcher. Stir in the honey syrup until well blended.
  • Pour in cold sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in lemonade. Garnish with mint, berries, and a lemon slice.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Add more honey or sugar if you want it sweeter. Steep a cinnamon stick in honey for stronger spice. Serve ice-cold and garnish with berries or mint for color.
