Ingredients

  • 2 cups vodka
  • 3 cups ginger beer
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks 2–3 for infusion and garnish
  • Cinnamon sugar optional, for rimming glasses
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  • If desired, rim glasses with lime juice and dip in cinnamon sugar.
  • In a shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and lemon juice with ice. Shake to chill.
  • Pour mix into a punch bowl filled with ice.
  • Add ginger beer and stir gently to mix.
  • Add cinnamon sticks, lime, and orange slices for flavor and garnish.
  • Serve immediately while still bubbly.

Notes

Spicy ginger beer is best for balance. Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar for extra flair. For stronger cinnamon flavor, infuse juice mix with cinnamon sticks before adding ginger beer. Serve fresh for best fizz.
