Ingredients

  • 2 cups bourbon or whiskey
  • 1 cup cinnamon syrup or simple syrup with cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 cup cold water or club soda
  • apple slices, orange slices, cinnamon stick, rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour bourbon, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, vanilla, and bitters into punch bowl.
  • Stir slowly until fully combined.
  • Add water or club soda for dilution.
  • Add apple and orange slices and a cinnamon stick.
  • Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or more before serving.
  • Ladle into glasses and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by changing syrup amount. Make cinnamon syrup by simmering water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Serve warm for a cozier vibe, or with extra soda for a lighter punch.
