Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh apple cider
  • 2 cups sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 0.5 cup ginger beer
  • 2-3 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • 1-2 apples thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • ice or ice ring with fruit

Instructions

  • Pour fresh apple cider into your punch bowl.
  • Add sparkling apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir in rum and vodka until well mixed.
  • Drop in cinnamon sticks and sliced ginger.
  • Add ginger beer for fizz and bite.
  • Toss in apple and orange slices for flavor and color.
  • Stir gently. Add ice or ice ring to keep cold.

Notes

Add sparkling cider and ginger beer just before serving for maximum fizz. Simmer cider with cinnamon and ginger first for a deeper spice if desired. Garnish glasses with apple slices or cinnamon sticks.
