Sparkling wine
champagne, prosecco, or cava, chilled
Orange juice

Cranberry juice
unsweetened or lightly sweetened
Pomegranate juice

Fresh cranberries
for garnish
Rosemary sprigs

Lime wedges

Instructions
Chill your champagne flutes.
Fill each flute halfway with sparkling wine.
Add equal parts orange juice and cranberry juice.
Splash in a little pomegranate juice for color. Stir gently.
Drop in fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish. Optional: garnish with lime wedge or add a splash of cream.
Notes
Pour wine first to avoid foam. Mix juices for a layered taste. Serve immediately—don’t make ahead or bubbles will fade.
