Ingredients

  • Sparkling wine champagne, prosecco, or cava, chilled
  • Orange juice fresh is best
  • Cranberry juice unsweetened or lightly sweetened
  • Pomegranate juice for color
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Lime wedges optional
  • Cream optional splash for smoothness

Instructions

  • Chill your champagne flutes.
  • Fill each flute halfway with sparkling wine.
  • Add equal parts orange juice and cranberry juice.
  • Splash in a little pomegranate juice for color. Stir gently.
  • Drop in fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish. Optional: garnish with lime wedge or add a splash of cream.

Notes

Pour wine first to avoid foam. Mix juices for a layered taste. Serve immediately—don’t make ahead or bubbles will fade.
