This rich, creamy chocolate cocktail is inspired by chocolate crinkle cookies. Chocolate liqueur, vodka, cocoa, and vanilla come together in a dessert drink that's smooth, sweet, and perfect for the holidays or any chocolate craving.
Rim the glass with water and dip in granulated sugar (optional).
Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, cocoa powder, simple syrup, vanilla, salt, and egg white.
Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until very cold and foamy.
Strain into your prepared glass and serve immediately. Dust with cocoa powder if desired.
Notes
Use pasteurized eggs or a vegan foamer if you prefer. Add espresso powder for a coffee kick or more syrup for extra sweetness. Drink immediately for the best foam and chill.
