Ingredients

  • 2 oz cherry rum
  • 1 oz white rum optional
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cherry juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 0.25 oz grenadine
  • 1-2 dashes bitters
  • Ice for shaking and serving
  • Maraschino cherries or orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add cherry rum, white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, cherry juice, and lime juice.
  • Add simple syrup, grenadine, and bitters.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
  • Strain mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with a cherry or orange slice.

Notes

Use chilled juices to keep drink cold longer. Top with soda water for a lighter version. Adjust cherry juice for stronger flavor or add grenadine for more sweetness. Bitters add depth but are optional.
