Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Chilled coupe or rocks glass
  • Small spoon or stirrer
  • Ice cubes
  • Fine strainer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish cream
  • 0.5 oz rose syrup or a few drops rose water mixed with simple syrup; adjust to taste
  • 2 oz milk or cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled coupe or rocks glass; set aside.
  • Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, cherry liqueur, Irish cream, rose syrup, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend 15–20 seconds until creamy and smooth; taste and adjust sweetness or rose to preference.
  • Pour into the prepared glass. Optionally shake with ice and fine-strain for an extra-cold finish.
  • Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use heavy cream instead of milk for a thicker texture, or swap almond/oat milk for lighter body. If you don't have rose syrup, combine a few drops of rose water with simple syrup—keep the floral note subtle. A frosted glass keeps the drink colder and richer; add an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup if you like.
