Notes

The cocktail works best with a London Dry style gin as its botanical notes complement the cherry flavor.
After opening, store cherry liqueur in a cool, dark place. It will stay fresh for up to 6 months.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace gin with club soda and use cherry syrup instead of liqueur.
Make simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool before using.
