Equipment

  • Large heatproof pitcher or jar
  • Small saucepan
  • Fine mesh strainer or tea infuser
  • Citrus juicer
  • Long spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tall glasses
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 chamomile tea bags or 2 tbsp loose flowers
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice about 2 limes
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • orange slices and lime wedges for garnish
  • edible flowers optional

Instructions

  • Brew chamomile tea with 2 cups water. Let cool slightly.
  • Stir in honey or agave until dissolved.
  • Add orange juice and lime juice to pitcher.
  • Fill pitcher or glasses with ice. Pour in tea-citrus mixture.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
  • Garnish with mint, citrus slices, and edible flowers. Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

Use agave for a vegan version. Add more orange juice for sweetness, or adjust honey to taste. Use club soda for more fizz. Garnish with fresh mint and flowers for a festive touch. Serve right away while bubbly.
