  • Citrus juicer or reamer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberry syrup or muddled blackberries + simple syrup
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup cranberry juice or cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup black cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons raspberry syrup or honey to taste
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer or kombucha
  • Fresh fruit: blueberries strawberries, pineapple chunks
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Cucumber slices
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Regular ice for chilling
  • Small pieces of dry ice for fog effect — optional, use with care

Instructions

  • In a large food-safe cauldron or punch bowl, combine blackberry syrup, cranberry juice, black cherry juice, orange juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
  • Stir in club soda and ginger beer.
  • Add raspberry syrup or honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Toss in fresh fruits, cucumber slices, mint leaves, and a cinnamon stick.
  • Fill the cauldron with regular ice and stir gently until chilled.
  • (Optional) Using tongs or gloves, carefully add small pieces of dry ice just before serving for a smoky fog effect.
  • Ladle into glasses, using a strainer if you want to avoid pulp or fruit pieces.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or cinnamon sticks and serve immediately.
