Ingredients

  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes for shaking
  • Small piece of dry ice for bubbling effect – do not consume
  • Fresh cranberries or lime wheel optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with regular ice.
  • Measure and add gin, cranberry juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Shake well for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.
  • Strain into your serving glass or cauldron-shaped punch cup.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Using tongs, carefully add a small piece of dry ice for a bubbling effect.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries or a lime wheel if desired.
  • Wait until the dry ice stops bubbling completely before sipping.
