Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup carrot juice fresh or bottled
  • 2 tablespoons ginger syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water plain or lightly flavored
  • Ice cubes enough to fill the glass
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

Instructions
