Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz caramel vodka or regular vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur like Kahlúa or Bailey’s Espresso
  • 1 oz tequila blanco or reposado
  • 1 oz heavy cream, half & half, or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce or caramel syrup
  • sea salt optional, for rimming
  • salted caramel sauce optional, for drizzling
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Rim your glass with caramel sauce and a little sea salt, if desired.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add caramel vodka, coffee liqueur, tequila, and caramel syrup.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain over the ice in your glass.
  • Slowly float cream, half & half, or oat milk over the top.
  • Gently stir or leave layered as desired.
  • Drizzle with extra salted caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

Use caramel vodka for maximum flavor, or regular vodka with extra caramel syrup. Oat milk offers a smooth, dairy-free option. A salted rim adds contrast to the sweetness. Try swapping in Bailey’s for a creamier coffee flavor. Easily doubled for a crowd, and garnish with extra caramel for presentation.
