Instructions
Add apple cider, apple juice, apple slices, ice cream, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust caramel or cinnamon as needed.
If desired, stir in ginger ale or club soda after blending for a bubbly version.
Pour into tall glasses.
Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, apple slice, and cinnamon stick if desired. Serve cold.
