Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider or sparkling cider
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 apple peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce salted or classic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1-2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale or club soda optional, for bubbles
  • whipped cream for topping
  • caramel drizzle for topping
  • apple slice for garnish
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Add apple cider, apple juice, apple slices, ice cream, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust caramel or cinnamon as needed.
  • If desired, stir in ginger ale or club soda after blending for a bubbly version.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, apple slice, and cinnamon stick if desired. Serve cold.

Notes

Use dairy-free ice cream and caramel for a vegan version. Add more caramel sauce for extra richness, or try sparkling cider or ginger ale for a fizzy twist. Chill juices for a frosty, thick texture.
