Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 cup caramel vodka
  • 0.5 cup white or spiced rum
  • 0.33 cup caramel sauce or caramel syrup plus extra for rim
  • 0.5 cup ginger ale or ginger beer
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • sliced green apples for garnish
  • apple slices for floating
  • cinnamon sticks optional, for garnish
  • fresh cranberries optional, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider, caramel vodka, and rum into a large pitcher.
  • Stir in caramel sauce or syrup until dissolved.
  • Add ginger ale and lemon juice and gently stir.
  • Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice and stir again.
  • Spread extra caramel sauce on a plate and dip each glass rim into it.
  • Add ice cubes to serving glasses.
  • Pour punch over ice and garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and cranberries if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute regular vodka or rum if you don’t have caramel vodka—just add more caramel syrup to taste. For a kid-friendly punch, skip the alcohol and add extra apple juice and ginger ale. Garnish with sliced apples, cinnamon sticks, or cranberries for a festive look!
