  • Long mixing spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small bowls for garnishes
  • Ladle
  • Short glasses or cups
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Peeler
  • Ice bucket

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1/3 cup caramel syrup
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup caramel vodka
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • caramel sauce for drizzling
  • apple slices for garnish
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Add the apple cider, caramel syrup, ginger ale, caramel vodka, and lemon juice to the punch bowl.
  • Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice and stir until everything is well blended.
  • Toss in the diced apples, cranberries, apple slices, and cinnamon sticks.
  • If you want it extra cold, stir in ice cubes or chill the punch before serving.
  • Ladle the punch into glasses and drizzle a bit of caramel sauce on top of each serving.
  • Garnish with extra apple slices or cranberries if you like.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, skip the caramel vodka and add more apple cider. Chill all liquids before mixing to keep the punch cold. Add ginger ale just before serving for the best fizz. Try pomegranate seeds instead of cranberries for a twist. Adjust caramel syrup for sweetness. Use different apple varieties for fun flavor changes.
