Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka or plain vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh is best
  • 2 oz apple cider or apple juice
  • 0.5 oz caramel syrup or caramel sauce
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Apple slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Caramel candy or caramel drizzle on rim (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug with ice.
  • In a shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, apple cider, and caramel syrup.
  • Shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain the mix into your mug over the ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
