Equipment

  • Copper mug or glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Small plate
  • Paper towel or cloth

Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka or caramel flavored vodka
  • 3 oz apple cider or apple juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer or ginger ale
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp caramel sauce optional, for sweetness
  • apple slices for garnish
  • cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug with ice cubes.
  • In a shaker, combine caramel vodka, apple cider, and lime juice. Shake lightly.
  • Pour mixture over the ice in your mug.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce inside the mug or on top, if desired.
  • Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh apple cider for the best flavor. Copper mugs keep the drink cold and festive, but any glass works. Adjust caramel for sweetness. Garnishes add aroma and extra fall flair!
