Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka or caramel flavored vodka
  • 3 oz apple cider or apple juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup or caramel sauce; optional

  • apple slices for garnish
  • 1 cinnamon stick or a pinch of ground cinnamon; optional

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine caramel vodka, apple cider, and lime juice.
  • Shake briefly to chill.
  • Pour the mixture over the ice in the mug.
  • Top slowly with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup on top if using, then garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Notes

Use a spicy ginger beer to balance the sweetness from caramel and cider. For a lighter drink, swap apple juice for cider.
