  • Cutting board and knife
  • Serving glasses (mason jars or clear cups)
  • Ice cube tray
  • Optional: small bowl for caramel rim
  • Optional: peeler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider chilled
  • 2 cups apple juice chilled
  • ½ cup caramel sauce plus more for garnish
  • 1 can ginger beer 12 oz, chilled
  • 1 apple thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish and stirring
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: ground cinnamon or nutmeg for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of the pitcher (optional for extra flair).
  • Pour in the apple cider, apple juice, and caramel sauce.
  • Stir well until the caramel blends completely with the juices.
  • Slowly pour in the ginger beer and stir gently to preserve the fizz.
  • Fill each serving glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add a few apple slices to each glass.
  • Pour the caramel apple mixture over the ice and apples.
  • Add a cinnamon stick to each glass for garnish and stirring.
  • Optional: drizzle a little more caramel on top and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
